HistoryThe company was founded in August 1967 as an electrical installation company in Lohmar and registered with the Chamber of Crafts in Cologne, to which we still belong today.
Marco Rousseau takes over the management of the company from Hans-Hubert Schwarz as the new Managing Director.
On August 11, 2020, MIB Industriebeteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG acquires Schwarz GmbH & Co. KG.
First-time installation of a large LED light box measuring approx. 3.00m x 2.40m (W x H) with interchangeable textile motifs.
Construction of a dedicated RF booth for the development department.
Expansion of office space at the Hennef site.
Development of the electric sliding door and its presentation at the ECR (European Congress of Radiology).
