In order to obtain optimal image quality during MRI examinations, external interference factors such as vibrations, moving ferromagnetic masses or electromagnetic interference fields must be shielded. A task that the HF cabins from Schwarz accomplish by perfectly blocking all interfering radiation through the constructed Faraday cage.

The free-standing and self-supporting HF module cabin consists of 3 mm thick aluminium modules, which are manufactured in 75 mm grid steps. This enables us to make the best use of every space. If magnetic shielding is required, it can be built directly into the shielding modules and does not need to be attached to the walls or ceilings of the room.
